Rahul Bajaj combines a rich academic pedigree with solid practical experience. He is a Rhodes Scholar and has two masters in law degrees from the University of Oxford including a faculty prize in intellectual property law. He has previously worked for former CJI D.Y. Chandrachud, Trilegal and Ira Law. Since 2021, he has also been associated with the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy as a consultant. His areas of expertise are intellectual property law, Constitutional law, service law and disability rights law.

Amar brings more than 12 years of high quality experience in the legal domain. He has served as an associate at two of India’s leading law firms, Trilegal and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He was also a Contract Analyst, Contract Management and Global Legal Network at Accenture India. He regularly appears before the Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India and Central Administrative Tribunal. His areas of expertise are banking and finance, domestic and international capital markets, contract management and disability rights law.
